That's what I've heard but then Japan declared war on me and never even fought any of my units so are they not good at war? Tradition, Progress and Authority: are they like the usual policies? Is progress for wide and tradition for tall? What is authority good for? This mod is supposedly a lot of balancing, So I'd assume they are all somewhat viable. I've already started playing a game, but only on warlord difficulty just to get used to it. I've been playing civ 5 for a good while and I've decided to start playing with the vox populi mod, but I have some questions.
